The Lost City

Albert looked over at his people. Then he looked beside him, at his queen. He remembered when they first met. ‘10 years, not too long ago.’ he thought. The great adventure he had. He looked down at his side, the sword he had won  her, and her people with. He felt the majick armour on his chest that had saved him countless times.

"My people, today is the aniversary of my wedding to the queen." Applause came from all around. When they stopped, he continued. "For this, I am declaring it a holiday. No working, and no taxes." More applause. "You all may leave now."

An hour later everyone had cleared out. Albert and his queen retreated to their quarters. They both layed down in their bed.

"Tell me the story of us once again. I love hearing it, just as much as I love you." She kissed him on the lips.

"And I love telling it as much as I love you. Well, here it is..."
